Ingredients
5 cups of coconut water (you can also use almond or oat milk)
3 tbsp (table spoon) of hemp powder
1 tbsp of young barley grass powder
1 tbsp of young wheat grass powder

1-2 tbsp of sunflower and flax seeds
1 tsp (tea spoon) of chlorella or spirulina powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Wash an apple and berries under a cold water

3. Put the berries, the banana and the apple into the blender
